We believe similarly that it is the diversity of our people’s cultures, backgrounds, and identities that makes us so successful. We aim to foster a culture of inclusion and encourage all of our people, including our stakeholders, to support and promote our Inclusion, Diversity and Equity initiatives. We’re on a journey to consolidate a culture of inclusion, diversity, and equity allowing us to continue to create value for our people and an environment where everyone feels they can belong.

A new company policy

The first step towards positive transformation is to base our approach on the universal principles of non-discrimination, equality, and dignity, as defined in the new global corporate policies (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Policy, and Good practices for respect at the workplace), which are a point of reference for the Fedrigoni Group and its entire ecosystem, including external collaborators and suppliers.

We believe Inclusion is what makes us learn from one another. Diversity is what brings better answers. Equity is how we make sure all our voices are heard. This is why, in 2022, Fedrigoni embarked on a journey to drive an even more inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace by launching a series of programs in the years to come. We are committed to recruiting people from different cultures, backgrounds, personalities, abilities, and ensure that the diversity of their perspectives, skills, and expertise is embraced.

To increase inclusiveness at all levels, we are monitoring our Gender Diversity ESG target. Our ambition is to reach 35% of women in management positions by 2030. To support this goal, we have developed a series of targeted initiatives from talent sourcing, managerial and non-managerial training, to ensure equitable promotions and career opportunities for everyone.

Respect is at the heart of everything we do, every decision we make, and every interaction we have. This is why we created a Group Code of Ethics, a Code of Conduct, our Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Policy as well Good Practices for Respect at the Workplace (which includes a new Whistleblowing Procedure). These documents enable us to deliver high performance every day, for our clients, partners, and people and are at the basis of our corporate behavior and the foundation of our policies and procedures.
