Our Governance has evolved over time, accompanying and supporting the organic growth of the Group.
We consider Corporate Governance & Compliance to be vital to the full achievement of the Group’s strategic
objectives.
In particular, the choices made in the area of Compliance steer the Group towards operating in a manner
that is consistent with the legislation of the countries in which it operates, stimulating continuous improvement that is in line with best practices in the industry. Corporate Governance accompanies the Group’s development, as it strives for integration and standardisation of processes from a Group-wide perspective.
Group Structure
The Group consists of two divisions operating in the Special Papers and Self-Adhesives sectors.
