We at Fedrigoni make sure that everyone’s safety is a top concern. It’s at the center of every process, action, and responsibility. This is why we carefully monitor all events that concern our people (injuries, near misses, and safety reports) and commit every day to ensuring that all our Group sites are compliant with our Safety guidelines. Making sure our sites are safe means that we can protect our people from possible injuries. By 2030, we strongly aim to reduce the injury rate by 67%.

Our commitment to the community
Our work has an impact on the territories and local communities in which we operate, which is why we take care of them through specific, joint initiatives, including the following: our Drawing Festival, which brings together artistic and social energies, the Fedrigoni Fabriano Foundation, where we preserve and pass on the know-how and traditions we hold dear, the Fedrigoni Forest, planted in an abandoned area near our facilities, and collaborations with universities, schools, and associations such as our partnership with Inspiring Girls International.
