Every day, safe
At Fedrigoni, safety is everyone’s business, so we carefully monitor all events (accidents, near misses and safety reports) and work every day to provide safe sites. Only if our sites are safe can we reduce injuries. We have a very ambitious target for 2030: to reduce the injury rate by 85%.

For us, diversity means wealth
Viewpoints, gender, age, ethnicity, education and personality: it’s the richness of diversity that makes the difference, even in the marketplace, driving our competitiveness to the next level.
That is why we are setting ambitious diversity targets that are important to us, starting with gender diversity at all levels. We know we still have some way to go, which is why we have decided to fast-track our journey to reach 35% women in managerial positions by 2030.

Our commitment to the community
Our work has an impact on the territories and local communities in which we operate, which is why we take care of them through specific, joint initiatives, including the following: our Drawing Festival, which brings together artistic and social energies, the Fedrigoni Fabriano Foundation, where we preserve and pass on the know-how and traditions we hold dear, the Fedrigoni Forest, planted in an abandoned area near our facilities, and collaborations with universities, schools, and associations such as our partnership with Inspiring Girls International.
