Our “Being a Team Leader – Operations Journey” Program Wins Two Excellence Awards

Our “Being a Team Leader – Operations Journey” program has recently received two Silver Medals at the 2024 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards. These accolades recognize our efforts in the categories of Best Leadership Development Program and Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program. 

The journey began with a simple yet impactful question: “How can we accelerate the growth of our Operations team leaders as role models in safety, efficiency, and quality?” This set the stage for months of intensive design sessions, where we crafted multilingual learning resources, interactive training modules, team-building activities, and local events that brought together colleagues from our various plants across different countries. 

By aligning our strategic pillars with the needs of our people and collaborating closely with the BTS Italian team, we developed a program that is not only relevant and concrete but also deeply resonant with the real-world experiences of our participants. This initiative is a testament to our commitment to operational excellence, a core pillar of our strategy, which aims to continuously improve our processes and deliver superior value to our customers.
