Lindsay’s Journey at Fedrigoni: From Finance to the Forefront
Lindsay’s tenure at Fedrigoni is a demonstration of continuous progression and adaptability. Her initial role as a Finance Manager at Fedrigoni U.K. wasn’t confined to the numbers; it was a role enriched by customer interactions and a close alliance with the sales force. As Fedrigoni expanded with new investments, Lindsay’s professional journey experienced a simultaneous rise. In 2020, she voiced her ambition for a fresh challenge, and Fedrigoni responded by entrusting her with a pivotal group finance position within the U.K. holding company. Here, she also navigated the complexities of transfer pricing, an endeavor that not only honed her skills but also amplified her visibility among shareholders.
In 2022, she found herself in Italy, embracing the Fluentify program to master Italian, thus breaking down language barriers and fostering seamless collaboration with her peers. Her journey didn’t stop there, Lindsay embraced another exciting opportunity, a significant shift from a Finance position to a Commercial role. Despite the challenges, she describes this change as comfortable and welcoming, emphasizing the abundance of opportunities.
