Today, we’re excited to shine a spotlight on the journey of Erinson Marquez, our Supply Chain & Logistic Manager in Chile. Erinson’s determined dedication and significant contributions have set a high bar in his field, earning respect and admiration within our team. 

Growth accelerator  

Truth be told, Erinson’s work experience extends beyond the corporate world. He has worked for five years as a math and IT teacher for people with disabilities in his home country, Chile, impacting the life of more than 500 people. A few years later, he started at Fedrigoni in Valparaíso as a planner in the cutting area. It was 2019, and his motivation has then enabled him to excel in different roles across supply purchases, dispatch, and customer service. By 2023, he had risen to a managerial position, overseeing raw materials, supply chain, warehouse, and order fulfillment. Despite the demanding workload, Erinson has remained hands-on, actively participating wherever needed.  

Impactful Contribution 

Throughout his career, he hasn’t just aimed for success; he goes the extra mile to ensure it, driving positive outcomes and creating a vibrant, collaborative work environment. He believes that true success comes from not only guiding people but also rolling up his sleeves, working alongside them and understanding their needs. His approach is all about teamwork, empathy, and shared victories. “In my work, I don’t focus on just giving directions, but on staying involved and learning from the people in my team, and this has helped me a lot in my personal and professional development.” 

Leadership and initiative 

Erinson’s has been instrumental in promoting young talents to more challenging roles and enhancing overall efficiency. He hasn’t needed to make major changes to his team; instead, he has involved them in most of the company’s transformations. As he puts it, “I haven’t had to change the people on my team; I’ve just worked on changing the mindset and guide them to achieve our goals throughout the changes the company has been through.”  

Known for his professionalism, he has earned the respect of his peers and superiors by effectively managing teams and projects to achieve outstanding results while creating a collaborative environment and fostering open communication. Passionate about teaching, Erinson believes in continuous learning and training to stay effective over time, especially to extend this knowledge to others.
