Fedrigoni acquires a majority stake in BoingTech, one of the major RFID inlay and tag manufacturers worldwide with operations in China and Malaysia

Fedrigoni has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in BoingTech, a major global manufacturer of RFID inlays and tags with operations in China and Malaysia. The acquisition aims to further expand and diversify Fedrigoni’s portfolio in RFID technology, enhancing our capabilities in track-and-trace solutions and brand protection. Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Shanghai, BoingTech employs over 300 people and is expecting a turnover of about $60 million for 2024. Its current majority shareholder, Shanghai Inlay Link Inc., will retain a share to ensure a smooth transition and continued business enhancement.
