Our continually evolving commitment

We design product for an optimal end of life, this means reducing emissions and water consumption, recycling the waste we produce, using energy from renewable sources and taking a great deal of care in the sourcing of the raw materials we purchase.
We intend to focus on these areas to become, step by step, day by day, an important benchmark for the industry.

Our Goals for 2030

We are continually committed to reducing the environmental impact of our production processes and the products we manufacture every day. We do this by pursuing specific targets and by involving our ecosystem of people, materials and production chain.

A step forward

CO2 & Renewable energy

Reducing our carbon footprint

Reducing our carbon footprint is a priority to meet the demands of the institutions, the financial community, customers and local communities.

How we do it

Product Innovation

Design products with circular economy as a guiding principle

We design our products choosing materials that have a lower environmental impact and guarantee an optimal end of life, enabling the transition to a circular economy. In our production process we aim to avoid sending any waste to landfill.

How we do it

Biodiversity

Protecting nature.

Much of our impact on biodiversity begins upstream, in the raw materials that go into our products. That’s why protecting nature means looking beyond our own sites: sourcing certified pulp, working toward no net deforestation across our supply chain, and giving our customers full traceability of the materials we use.

How we do it

Water

Responsible use and management of water resources.

Our business would not exist without water. We have set a new target to reduce water withdrawals by 10% (vs. 2022), in addition to the goal of returning 95% of the water we use to the environment, at the appropriate conditions and temperature with respect to the receiving water body. To reach our 2030 goals, we seek to reduce withdrawal and waste by minimizing the introduction of fresh water into production cycles, and to use cutting-edge techniques in the treatment of water before returning it to the natural environment.
