The Fedrigoni Wood is growing bigger!
To celebrate the first anniversary of our Fedrigoni Wood in Caponago, Northern Italy, we met there on November 15 during working hours with some colleagues of Caponago and Basiano, both from the plants and offices, and with the Sustainability Team members. The goal of the day? To plant 200 young trees, in addition to the 1,530 native ones donated last November to the communities of Caponago, Pessano and Bornago. We will take care of the Wood together with Etifor, in order to protect its biodiversity and growth. The 16 native tree species will absorb a minimum of 100 tons of CO2 over the next 20 years, equivalent to the annual emissions of 50 cars.
