Divipa becomes part of Fedrigoni Group: our growth in the self-adhesives sector is steady

Another milestone in our growth plan in premium self-adhesive materials. Following five acquisitions in two years, with the goal of strengthening our position as third global player leader in the wine label sector, Divipa joins the Fedrigoni Group. The Spanish family-run company located in Derio, close to Bilbao, develops and produces self-adhesive materials since 1971. It had an estimated 24 million Euros turnover in 2021 and counts fifty employees.
